How To Treat Severe Shortness Of Breath, Cough, Loss Of Appetite And Sweating?
My Dad is 63yrs old and had undergone CABG 5 months back. From last 2 days he is having severe shortness of breath especially at night along with cough and irritation.Appetite has reduced at times followed by sweating.BP today was 160/90 and heart rate was around 180.What should be done?

A post CABG patient, if complaining of chest pain and shortness of breath, he should be reviewed with cardiologist.
His bp is also high.
Need optimisation of treatment and to be evaluated for the cause of new symptoms
