How To Treat Severe Stomach Pain After Using Tampons?

So i started using tampons yesterday and with every tampon ive put in my flow has been light and ive been using the purple one, each one ha been changed within three hours. And everything was fine and then suddenly like half an hour ago my stomach got this horrible pain and i think its cramp but it hasnt changed, its been half an hour and the pain hasnt gone. Thats the only thing thats changed with me. Do i have toxic shock syndrome? Im really scared. Btw i took the tampon out as soon as my stomach started hurting.
