How To Treat Severe Stomach Pain And Constipation After An Enlarged Liver And Gall Bladder?
I am a 43 year old female. I went to the Hospital er last night due to Pain in My stomach , My stomach is swollen with severe pain and tight. makes it dificult to breathe. I have consipation then lose stools. I am getting ready to undergo treatment for Hep-c. They did a CT scan and found no blockages however my Liver and Gallbladder were enlarged. I am going to a Gastro Dr on the 24th Of August. My question is there anything that I can do before my appointment to help with the swelling and pain.
To decrease pain and swelling suitable over the counter anti inflammatory drug can be prescribed. In addition antacid also can be prescribed. Until you consult gastrosurgeon, I suggest you to take soft and bland diet more.
Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
