How To Treat Severe Stomach Pain And Dizziness Due To Heavy Periods?

hi, i been having really bad pains in left side of tummy i have felt dizzy and passed out im not pregnant. my period has arrived dew days early it is very heavy and im in agony taken pain killers and mefenamic acid nothing helping im crying with pain please help
