How To Treat Severe Wrist Pain Caused Due To Injury?

I have fallen on my wrist many times while roller skating. It randomly will start throbbing or hurting when I move it back and forth. It doesn t hurt when I move it side to side. There is no redness or swelling. It can hurt anywhere from 3 minutes to 3 or more days.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi.

You will require an xray examination of the region and so I would first recommend that, right before asking you to stop skating for a while and allow your wrists to heal.

Best wishes.
