I was in a car accident on Monday the 8th now having sharp pain in spleen area know could be bruised got t-boned and went to emergency room by ambulance and really got hit hard so what should I do have an appointment with my regular physician Tuesday the 16th

In case trauma to spleen is suspected, then you should immediately consult your primary healthcare provider in emergency. Spleen is a very vascular organ and trauma to spleen can lead to spleen rupture and thus hemorrhage.
