How To Treat Sharp Pain In Chest Area After Hearing A Pop Due To Physical Activity?

I was having an intense wrestling match with my brother and heard a "pop" in my cheat area followed by sharp pain, in bed that night i couldnt turn on my side without causing pain, also found it hard to hold and lift things, also breathing was painfull and a cough or a sneeze was extreme. 2 day later pain is there but dim. The bony area in the centre of my chest is sore to touch and when pressed is painfull. Im a 29 yr old male 60kg and smoker. My question is .... is my injury just a muscle or ligament tear, or is it something more severe? the area is very close to my heart but beating seems regular
