How To Treat Shivering Hands While Having Arthritis?

My Mother, age 55 years, is having hand shivering problem since last 6-7 months....she also has joint pain, stiffness in leg...doctors says she is having arthritis...she takes medicines as they suggested...but the hand shivering problem arisen...we are really worried about that...is there any way to solve her problem?
