How To Treat Shortness Of Breath Caused Due To Pollen?

The pollen is really bothering me. I have taken my medicine and I am staying inside. My concern is that when I just took one step out the door my throat felt like it was closing and I couldn't breath. I am breathing fine now after a cough drop and staying away from the door. My concern is that I need something more to help me breath. I can't stay trapped inside.

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

UNDERSTANDING YOUR CONCERN.

Thanks for your query. The symptom you mention in your query that is shortness of breath due to pollens is pointing towards a condition from which you are suffering know as ALLERGIC ASTHMA.It is easily curable. It occurs when your immune system reacts to any substance.

I would suggest you to ;-

-wear a dust mask.

-Take antihistamine drug like benadryl.

-Avoid going ouside.

I would also suggest you to consult doctor ,who will diagnose you properly and may prescribe inhaler like salbutamol

.Hope your concern has been resolved.
