How To Treat Sickness And Dizziness After Having A Roller Coaster Ride?

hi I don t go on roller coaster as I get motion sickness but I went on one in Disney land last week as thought it was a kids one but it wasn t and I was thrown around for about 30 secs I felt panicking on ride but still now if got dizziness and feel bit sick

Hello dear,

The symptoms as mentioned in your post is attributed to stimulation of the vestibular apparatus in inner ear (it is associated with maintenance of body posture & balance)

Symptomatic relief can be obtained with Vestibular sedatives like Betahistine, nervigenic agents (like Vit B6, B12, Folic acid) & Pantoperazole (to be taken 30 minutes before meals).
Meanwhile, maintain adequate hydration, take a healthy balanced diet & avoid stress and sudden head movements.
