Hello,

I can understand your concern for the red flat rash on the right arm.

After reading you query it appears to be fungal infection of the area known as tinea corporis. You go on internet and check the same.

In my patients with tinea infection I prefer to give an anti-fungal cream such as clotrimazole or ketoconazole for two times locally.

An anti-fugal tablet such as flucoanazle or terbinafine for proper course of time gives an additional advantage to prevent further recurrence.

If there is itching then an antihistamine tablet like cetrizine provides good relief.

All the best.
