How To Treat Sinus Headaches,nasal Congestion And Clogged Ears?

Hi-I have been suffering from horrible sinus headaches and congestion. I have so much hard mucous in my nose, high up, that I can t blow it out. Nothing over the counter I have tried works. I have one ear I can t hear out of. Last time I went to a doctor he told me I had allergies and fluid on my ear, gave me some Flonase and an Rx for the fluid and said to deal with it. Honestly, I can t live with a daily headache. My nasal passages are also often very itchy and swollen. Please help. Thank you.

I really appreciate your concern, first of all you need to drink more water, have some steam inhalation, hot shower, in medicines "Tab Loratadine with Pseudoephedrine" three times in day, no need to worry about this, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
