Dear Friend. Hi , I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern.
I will like to tell you that pigmin is a cream which contains hydroquinone 3 %. The use of this salt is not advisable for prolonged periods. It may lead to various side effects like confetti like depigmentation, oochronosis etc.
For pigmentation, you may use kojic acid and vitamin C containing creams over the lesions night time daily under supervision. This combination is relatively safer to use with good results.
This is my personal opinion based on details available here. If you want to discuss your issues further, you may please ask us Stay Healthy. Dr Anshul Varshney , MD
