How To Treat Skin Pigmentation?

I am 40 years old, my height is 159 cm , weight is 79 kgs. recently I have noticed my skin is getting darker , mainly my face and neck despite that i am not going out in the sun at all. I am healthy in general. on vitamin supplements Vitamin D3, calcivita , primprose oil, etc..

There could be many causes for pigmentation like melasma, ashy dermatosis, lichen planus pigmentosus, sun induced damage. Treatment varies to some extent in all these conditions. i would advise that you meet a dermatologist nearby for proper evaluation of your skin and appropriate treatment
