How To Treat Slurred Speech After Having Head Injuries?

Hi my brother met an accident 2 weeks back, and he has some head injuries, we are getting treatment from Rajendra Prasad Medical College Kangra, now he is recovering but we are observing that he is not remember some of his past things and also having problem like slurred speech or saying things that don't make sense, please suggest what treatment further required on this
