How To Treat Small Bruise Like Spots On Inner Arm,wrist And Elbow?

I noticed that I have 3small dot bruises on my rt inner arm. 1 about 2 1/2 from my wrist the next is about 2 1/2 from the first and the third one is about 2 1/2 inches from my elbow. they are small and round. no injury for the cause. they don t hurt or itch

You might be having a low platelet count and hence you are developing these bruises.
Get your platelet levels checked.
Usually it takes around 2 weeks for the bruise to heal, 
You can use oint thrombophobe to get a faster relief.
Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.
