How To Treat Small Bumps Sround The Adam S Apple?

I am 3 wks.+ post op from neck lift. A week, I noticed smallish lumps in my cheeks. This morning I discovered a small round bump above my adams apple. I have read on various posts that I should gently massage and treat with moist heat. Last night I discovered two tiny hematomas at the healed incision on the right ear targus. While brushing my hair, I accidentally broke them and they bled out. I treated with hydrogen peroxide. I am seeing my PS this Friday, but am a bit nervous. Do you have any advice of what I should do until then. Thank you, Pamela

Hello,

As per your history it be furuncle or boil. you can apply neosporin powder over it. Do have fever, rash?, if yes you can take tab. tylenol after consultation. Keep that area heiginic. You amy require antibiotics like tab. ciprofloxacin in case of fever.
