How To Treat Small Cyst Like Bumps On Vaginal Wall?

During my last pap exam (2 weeks ago) the doctor found small bumps (multiple) on the vaginal wall (upper, close to the vaginal opening). Pap smear was negative, as was the hpv screen. Any idea what these could be? They are not small white cyst-like bumps as far as I can tell but I cannot actually see them.
