Smoking/Drinking: No
I snore in my sleep, but i don't realize that i am snoring.
My roommate told me that i snore, only after that i know about it.
After that i realize that i snore even if i am sleeping on my side.
According to me, i snore less when i sleep on my back, but i can't say this for sure.
So what should i do to eradicate this problem.

Thanks for your question on HCM. In my opinion you should cobsult ENT surgeon. By your complain I think you may suffering from obstructive sleep apnoea. This is condition in which the air passage are narrowed due to excessive fat, adenoids or tonsils etc. It is also seen in lax tracheal wall. So when you sleep in your air passage tend to collapse due to external pressure and cause turbulence in air and this makes sound which is commobly identified as snoring. Sleep study is helpful for diagnosing snoring. So consult your doctor.
