Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain blisters over the back of the tongue along with
sore throat can be inflamed circumvallate papillae secondary to
throat infection as the area of tongue lies close to throat..
A you still have a sore throat and you are also pregnant there are only a few medicines that you can take..
You can take
amoxicillin to reduce infection,
acetaminophen to relieve pain, do warm saline gargles, steam inhalations and use a humidifier in your room..
You can take a soft diet..
Avoid hot and spicy food and maintain a good
oral hygiene..
Sip on plenty of warm water and other fluids..
In case of no relief in a week consult an ENT expert and get evaluated..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
