How To Treat Soreness And Pain Inside The Labia?

i have got a sore just inside my labia i had it tested 2 years ago they said it wasnt cancer then but its back and so painful im in a wheelchair i have m.s and diabities its so painful to sit down ive had enough of it now it seems to be turning into a hole the size of the top of my finger can you help
