How To Treat Sores On Labia Caused Due To Severe Vaginal Yeast Infection?

Hi there,I am currently dealing with a severe vaginal yeast infection, complete with the normal symptoms, however, I have noticed recently that there are a few small sores on my inner and outer labia. They are not tender or itchy (although the entire area is itchy because of what I believe is a yeast infection). I have only had two sexual partners and neither of them had ever exhibited any symptoms of an STI. I have never before had any signs or symptoms of herpes or other STIs. I also discovered today that on my right side, my lymph node in my groin area is a little tender. I want to know if a severe vaginal infection can cause these bumps that I'm seeing. I think it's highly unlikely that I have herpes, as I've been with the same partner for 8 months and he has had no symptoms. What could be the cause of my symptoms?I should also note I'm waiting for test results to confirm...I'm just concerned and losing sleep...
