How To Treat Sores On Tongue Caused Due To An Infection?

I was once told i ate from a plate that a dog which had rabies ate from. Months later, i started having sores on my tongue, i used to brush them off, they would disappear but eventually come back again. If i don t brush my teeth before i go to bed, the next morning when i wake up my tongue looks scary with ugly sores. Could i have rabies

I really appreciate your concern, no this is not the sign of rabies, this could be due to fungal infection, it is advisable to watch the dog if still survive then no need to worry about this and if died then you need to see the doctor, again I say this is not the sign of rabies so no need to worry about this, hope this information helps, take care.
