How To Treat Spinal Pain Caused After An Injury?

My Husband has a spinial injury and the Doctor will not help him! I want to know how I can get some oxi for the pain because he can t stand or claim stairs without bending over or falling down in pain; now grant you it is a high addictive medicine and if you use it more then a few weeks or days; but he is in real pain! He is a Marine Corp Disabled Veteran and even the VA will not help and yes it is Operational but because the Doctors refuse to help him! They say it is not operational! Forgive me but I am getting Pissed off to No end because He is 56 years old and I hate seeing him in this pain! Capchie.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* An analgesic will be obtained only via prescription either it is morphine or else.
* The alternative therapies include analgesic spray for local application interventional pain management do concern with epidural anesthesia, which is best option in such cases.

Obviously assisted physiotherapy is remaining gold standard if not told by your consultant.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
