How To Treat Sporadic Low-high Temperature With Fatigue And Headache?

Hi, for the past 3 weeks I have been having a sporadic low-high at some points fever, fatigue but gets better with rest and some minor headaches. I have had a mono lab and two mono spot test don t they were all negative. My white blood cell count is normal and it s not auto immune. Any ideas? Thanks
