How To Treat Spots Like White Heads Covering The Scrotum?
I have small white spots that are like white heads covering my scrotum and i can pop some of them if they are small but some are slightly bigger and wont pop, they aren't itchy or painful, they are just annoying too see them there, I Would like to get rid of them because i feel embarrassed by them. thanks

These are probably sebaceous cysts, occurring because of accumulation of special oil secreted from the skin. Keep the area clean. Don't pop them. They usually do NOT cause problems.
