How To Treat Stage 1,grade 1 Invasion Lobular Carcinoma?
I have stage1 grade1 invasive lobular carcinoma. 8mm and had a partial mastectomy 2 weeks ago. Clean margins. No cancer in sentinel lymph node. Er+ and Pr+ and Her2-. I m 47 yrs old and perimenopausal. No history of breast cancer. Will oncologist just recommend radiation + hormone therapy? Or should I expect to hear about chemo also? No onkotype testing has been done yet. Thank you.
