How To Treat Std?

this woman I was with told me she was disease free and got tested then we got into a heated argument and she told me she had a std then a few days later she told me she was upset and lied to me. I had nothing wrong with me until she told me this now the tip of my urethra hurts but no pain peeing and no other visible signs of a std could this just be in my head. oh btw I did get tested and I am awaiting results

Welcome to HCM.

You need not be so anxiuos about STD/HIV.
All who exposed to STD/HIV are not necessarily got infected. Symptoms of STDs are sore over genitals and anus, discharge from urethral orifice or from genitals, swelling of inguinal or genital region are some of the symptoms. Sometimes few disease may not have obviously, but likely to have infection and can be detected with blood tests. Most of these diseases are treatable completely.
