How To Treat Steven Johnson Syndrome? Not Much Relief With Prednisone
Hi, my name is Bill, I have a freind that has steven johnson syndrome, He has been clear of it for about 5 yrs. but it has come back now, he looks like hes been burned all over, he went to wadsworth hospital twice,in ohio and told him to go home and take benadryle? no help what so ever...His family doc. now has him on prednasone,{sorry for miss spelled words} it seems to be working ,but now more are appering on him...We need to find a hospital that understands this problem..any Ideas..he needs help..im afraid this may kill him,,he is 51 yrs old...Bill

Hi check if he is on full dose of steroids rather than just on steroids. If full dose of steroids aren't working, still you have immune suppressive drugs.
