How To Treat Stiffness And Swelling In The Knuckles Caused After An Injury?

I punched a radio in my car it s only been a couple days but I ve tried icing it and made it stiff and tried putting heat on it and made it feel unfomrtotable so I m assuming the soft tissue in my knuckle it s just swollen but how long does it take to usually heal

Please consult a Physiotherapist for an expert opinion on the injury. He may help you relieve the pain and swelling in a few days. Normally without medication it may take more than 2 weeks to heal a soft tissue injury. You still need to take precautions after that as well.
