How To Treat Stinging Sensation Of Wound In Toe Nail Caused Due To A Injury?

Hi doctor ..Two days back I hit my toe nail and it pained so much . it was bleeding and I used betarite ointment . the pain has reduced and I m able to walk better ... Buy the wound has only partially healed and it stings a bit now and then . and even water is coming out of it often .. I m really scared .. What do I do

wash it with dettol and dip it in luke warm water having lil salt in it tht wil heal it and do the trick ad relieve the pain
