How To Treat Stomach Pain, Constipation And Nausea When Diagnosed With IBS?
I have had pyelonephritis for a week and then I was put on monurol and now it s been in my system for 35 hours and I have serve nausea, trouble swallowing, sore throat, and chill/fever is this normal? I also have ibs and terrible stomach pain and constipation, have tried enemas, suppositories, laxatives, and stool softeners what else can I try?

1. Since our Gastro intestinal tract [GIT] is influneced by Immune and Nervous system thus apart from said medicines you also require Immunomodulation therapy and psychological treatment and since it is a functional disorder thus management is more important than treatment.
2. Limit gas forming food and take fibre rich diet along with hypnotherapy and Immunomodulators
