Hi,

Hypothyroidism is the cause of your irregular periods. After checking thyroid function tests, take needful dose of medicine prescribed by an endocrinologist. Trouble of motions need to be diagnosed after investigations and advice of a gastroenterology. For home care, you can start taking easily digestible food. Take digestive liquid over the counter like Vitazyme. It will give you some relief till you can meet the specialist.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
