How To Treat Strep Throat?

Should I be able to move my throat side to side? I'm female, 19, smoked for 4 years, 5'9, 240 lbs. I realize I am over weight. I get strep throat about twice a year. Lots of sore throats in between. I currently feel strep coming on again because the right side of my throat hurts. Clicking when I swallow.

Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query.
The throat soreness can be because of the bacterial infection. Nothing to be panic, consult an ENT surgeon and get it evaluated. It is not good to get repeated attacks of sore throat. Get your blood sugar level checked. Mean while you can take a course of antibiotics like oflaxacin (if you are not allergic). Do saline gargling.
I hope I have answered your query, take care.
