stress hi. these days am getting angry quickly,and cry quickly iam with my boyfriend for a five years and still iam going to meet his family the emd of the month and am afraid meeting them and iam stressed of there opinion and his mother may not like me and problems will occur and lead to saperation, I need to stay relaxed and this doesnt effect my nervws my life please
In that case, better to do some relaxation exercise like JPMR or deep breathing exercise. That would keep you relax. Talk to your boyfriend about the fear or thoughts you have about your relationship with him and try to get the solution. This is the best way to decrease the stress in life.
