Would recommend going to the Emergency Room ASAP. This sounds like Pericarditis, ie inflammation of the fibrous sac surrounding the heart. This could be also due to Pericardial Effusion ie fluid accumulation in the fibrous sac surrounding the heart. Could also be Pulmonary Embolism, is blood clot in the lung. Either way you should immediately seek medical attention.
