How To Treat Sun Burn Caused Swollen Throat And Lymph Nodes?

My throat is swollen due to sun poison after spending 2 days at water park in sun for over 8 hrs. total and used sunscreen every 1/2 hr. Also I was in the shade today and still got burned on neck I took benadryl because I was afraid my throat was getting worse and my lymph nodes are swollen. What should I do?

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, given symptoms of throat swelling but of course neck skin might have been affected and for that you can try Diphenhydramine lotion, or Aluminum acetate solution, lymph node swelling may not be due to this unless it is the infection part and this need to be ruled out and if found some infection then antibiotic can be used, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
