Hi,

Dealing with a spouse's suspicious behavior can be difficult and emotionally taxing, especially if you have not done anything to warrant such suspicions. Here are some steps you can take to try to address your husband's behavior:
* Communication: The first step in any marital issue is to communicate openly and honestly with your partner. Try to have a calm and rational conversation with your husband about his behavior and express how it is affecting you and your relationship. Avoid getting defensive or aggressive as it can lead to further conflict.
* Seek professional help: If your husband's behavior is persistent and is causing significant stress in your relationship, it may be helpful to seek professional help. Consider consulting a marriage counselor or therapist who can help you both work through any trust issues, address underlying problems, and improve communication.
* Set boundaries: It is important to set boundaries and make it clear what behavior is acceptable and what is not. Make sure your husband understands that your relationship is based on trust and mutual respect.
* Build trust: Rebuilding trust can take time, but you can start by being honest and transparent with your husband about your activities and where you are. Encourage him to share his feelings with you and work together to build a stronger relationship.
* Self-care: It is important to take care of yourself emotionally and physically during this difficult time. Lean on friends and family for support and practice self-care activities such as exercise, meditation, or yoga to help manage stress and anxiety.

Ultimately, it is important to remember that trust and communication are the foundation of a healthy relationship. If your husband is unwilling to work through his suspicions and trust issues, it may be necessary to reevaluate your relationship and consider seeking professional help to navigate this challenging situation.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Hi,

One therapy is CBT or ERP you both can try from good psychologist. Sometimes in OCD these things occurs, I have seen very good results in people with similar history after taking sessions of breathing exercises. Go to Holidays with him, learn creative things, focus on something big, not on each other, let him spend time with daughter so that he thinks about his future.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
