How To Treat Swelling And Bruise On The Foot After An Injury?
Fell last night getting out of hot tub foot & leg went under the step landed on back back is ok foot has broken skin front of leg is swollen hot and bruised I ve got pins and needles in top of foot and heal more like a nerve pain when I walk and yes I can walk just stiff bruise on big toe also skin broken on side of foot below big toe
