How To Treat Swelling Of Foot Due To Fracture?

I think I might have fractured my foot. I landed on it wrong today while climbing out of a boat. I can move my toes but it's slightly swollen and I can't put any pressure on it whatsoever. I have currently resting up on two pillows with ice on it. If its bruised or I can't walk on it at all tomorrow should I go see a doctor?
