Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi.
As per your case history of swollen knee, my treatment advice is -
1. Avoid rough use and pressure on the affected limb.
2. Apply a diclocenac gel twice daily on affected part.
3. Take a NSAID like ibuprofen twice daily for pain and swelling for 5-7 days.

If problem persists then consult a dermatologist.

Thanks.
