Hallow Dear,

The causes behind your painful swelling seem to be due to some of the following:

1. Severe anaemia with low proteins: Please get your blood examined. Iron with high protein diet can help in this situation.

2. Arthritis : Please take opinion of Orthopaedic surgeon.

3. Deep vein thrombosis of the legs: This condition will not continue for months without serious complications.

4. Liver failure: Since your belly is also swollen, this condition also has to be considered.

Please report to your Gynaecologist ASAP
