How To Treat Swelling, Redness And Pain In Finger And Arm?

I think I may have gotten a spider bite. One on my finger and the other on the same arm. Swelling redness, and pain are getting worse since Saturday. Now I have red lines up my arm and a fever of 100.8. Do I need to go to the ER or can it wait until tomorrow?

The symptoms seem to be related to a spider bite. It looks like an allergic reaction. If you have trouble breathing, you should go at the emergency room right away. If not, it can wait until tomorrow.
