General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

As per my clinical experience, seems healing phase of previous injury. Guidelines for better recovery:
- Continue ice application thrice a day
- Analgesic and anti-inflammatory such as diclofenac or ibuprofen thrice
a day after meals if no history of drug sensitivity
- Antibiotic such as Cephalexin, Amoxicillin with Clavulanic acid or others
- Avoid weight lifting or other strenuous work with the same hand

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
