Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain if the gum surrounding wisdom tooth is swollen and also the wisdom tooth is decayed there can be any one of the two conditions:

1. If the decay is deep and has involved the nerves then it can be a Dental ABSCESS caused due to pus formation below the root tips of tooth..

2. If the gum surrounding wisdom tooth is swollen it can be due to inflammation of gum flap surrounding wisdom tooth known as PERICORONITIS which occurs due to food lodgment between gum flap and tooth..

I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and he / she can advise you to get an x Ray done and in case of Dental Abscess either Root canal treatment or extraction depending on condition of tooth has to be done..
In case of Pericoronitis removal of the gum flap or extraction of tooth can be done..

As of now you can take antibiotic like Amoxicillin and Anti-inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen for 5 days..

Hope this information helps..
