How To Treat Swollen Lymph Gland And Ear Pain With History Of Sinus Infection And Surgery?

I have had fullness my left ear and pain constantly occasionally in my right since december. also i have had swollen lymph glands on and off since then. my throat has been getting sore occasionally after eating.. but mostly late afternoon evening. i have been off dairy for about 9 days as a reflexologist and herbalist mentioned the ear pain may be dairy related. lost weight with this but still have swelling and ear pain. i have had a sinus surgery and chronic sinus infections for the last few years.. any ideas?

Hi,
Common cold when infected can spread to sinuses & also middle ear through eustachian tube. This gives rise to sinusitis & middle ear infection.
You had surgery to treat your sinusitis.May be you also had middle ear infection which caused lymph nodes enlargement & also toncsllitis ( Ear,nose throat are interlinked-so infection in either of them involves others also).
A prolonged illness, consumption of antibiotics, less eating, must have reduced your weight too.
The way out is to get complete ENT check up by a specialist,& start treatment advised after investigations.including allergy testing.
Get vitamin B complex supplement, along nutritious diet
Keep hygyne of ENT region by hot saline gargles/vapor inhailing/ avoiding allergens./ avoid exposure to cold.
Get desensatisation treatment to remove allergy.
Thanks.
