How To Treat Swollen Lymph Node In Neck,under Armpit And Left Forearm?

i have a swollen lymph node in my neck, under my right armpit and today i found one on my left forearm. what can this be? i have not had a fever, and i have not lost any weight. i Am driving myself nuts thinking. my Dr ordered blood work and and she is doing a breast exam on Monday. Nest Monday i have my Mam. still cant wait need to know something soon.
