How To Treat Swollen Lymph Node On Left Side Of Neck?

I have a swollen lymph node on my left side of my neck that gets slightly bigger and then goes down but has been swollen for about 2 months now and I have ringing in my ears off and on but don't feel sick. The node is not sore either. Should I go get checked?
