How To Treat Swollen Lymph Nodes In Back,neck And Leg?

hey im 26yrs old,female, and hard swollen lymph nodes all over, mostly in the back of my neck, my clavical and one one the inside of my upper left leg. most r about pea sized but 90 percent of them were unfeelable before. oh yeah this has been going for over 3 months and new ones pop up every couple weeks. i smoke, i have suspected lupus but neg bloodwork and am not flaring. i also had an abnormal pap before and am waitin for app to have a culcoscopy.... how worried should i be? thank you
