I know I have fibromyalgia, have been diagnosed and all the symptoms are here. Though, I have recently (within the past year) had a change in the skin on my forearms and the tops of my hands. It looks as though I ve been out in the sun (w/o the tan). My MD says it has to do with my age. I tend to disagree. All the rest of my skin is fine...smooth. It doesn t look like wrinkles. It looks like those that have been burned and many years after the burn. Do you understand? Thanks for your help!
As first-line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief. If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
